  • All you need to do to start your return is enter in your order number (which can be found on your packing slip or order confirmation email), your zip code, phone number or email associated with your order when it was placed.
  • Due to the very limited availability of our special edition colors we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes in the same color will be available for exchanges.
  • Holiday Extended Return Window - All orders placed between November 1st - December 25th will be eligible for return until January 31st, the following year.

  • We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items are eligible for a return or exchange EXCEPT for final sale items, which are not eligible for any form of return (Unless you received an item that was defective).
  • Shipping costs, customs and duties from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Your items must meet the following criteria:
    • Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
    • Items must not be washed.
    • Items must be odorless.
    • Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
  • If your returned item is not returned in resell-able condition we will add an additional restocking fee to your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
  • For Refunds:
    • There will be a flat fee of a $7.00 handling fee charged for your return. Once the item is delivered, processed and reviewed by our team members the refund will be initiated.
  • For Exchanges:
    • As soon as your exchange package has made its’ first scan from USPS, the requested exchange items will be shipped out to you. Please note that we do not hold inventory for exchanges, and the first scan on the package must be initiated before an exchange order will be shipped.
  • No, you will not be charged a return label fee for exchanges.
  • Yes, you may opt to use your own shipping method and label.
  • Please be sure to send your order to the address below and include the packing slip or copy of your confirmation email so we may identify your order number. Please also make sure to save your tracking number so that you may track the progress of your package.

  • Please note, each shipping label provided within Sharp Chef is created with the exact weight for the items in your return request. In the event you have more than one order to return at the same time, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label in order to avoid delays, weight violations or lost packages.
  • For the safety and privacy of our employees we do not offer any form of in person returns. All in person returns will be refused and we request that customers ship back their items per the above conditions.
  • You may return your order but please note, Sharp Chef is not responsible for any return shipping, duty or customs fees. International orders are not eligible for exchange requests.

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, please submit a return request immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • The Modern Fit has a contemporary design, single panel buttons and a dress shirt collar.
  • The Traditional Fit has a stand collar, double breasted style with the same modern fit.
  • Our Full Back Mesh Panel is created with BreezeFlow technology with a 4-way stretch
that allows the the back to be moisture-wicking, ventilated and cooling.
  • Pop it in the machine with similar colors, but keep it cool.
  • Skip the bleach – it's not a friend to these fabrics.
  • Let it tumble dry on low to keep it in top shape.
  • If it needs a little de-wrinkling, steam's the way to go. Best to avoid ironing!

  • At this time we do not have any store locations available yet.
  • All shipments are sent from Southern California. Orders ship between Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays.
  • We are working on providing Sharp Chef to as many people in as many locations as possible. International shipping costs will depend on the country and location of the delivery address and will be determined at check out. NOTE: International shipments are eligible for return only, no exchanges. Sharp Chef is not responsible for return postage fees. NOTE: Customs, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. Sharp Chef does not cover the cost of international customs, duties or taxes.
  • Due to higher order volumes during the holiday season, your order may take up to 2 - 3 business days to be processed. Once your items have shipped, they will be delivered from our doorstep to yours within 3-7 business days (Domestic orders shipping within the US only).
  • Once processed you will receive an email confirmation regarding your shipping details.
  • Please note that during holiday and sale seasons, order processing will take 1 - 2 business days. Once your items have shipped you will receive a shipping notification. Your order will be delivered from our doorstep to yours within 3-5 business days after it is shipped (Domestic orders within the US only).
  • Shipping Rate & Delivery *All shipments are sent from Southern California. Orders ship between Monday through Fridays only, excluding federal holidays.
  • You may also check on the status of your order by using the link below. On this page, you may indicate the order number and email address used to purchase or the tracking number in order to track your order. You will be able to start tracking your order once your order has been picked up and scanned by the courier.
